About Rekha:-

I had done a series of interviews with Rekha which appear on my personal website. The first time I met her on the sets of 'Phool Bane Angarey'; she was very warm and hospitable. Of course she had her make-up on. When I met her again in her office, she was without her make-up and looked so different that I didn't recognize her, still she said. "Hi...you didn't recognize me na?" That's when I felt magic of Rekha!

She wanted to and she has remained an Enigma to her fans and to the industry people she did not interact much with. She has deliberately kept herself away and she is happier. She seems like that Princess away in her Ivory Tower and I am sure she enjoys that because as she told me, "You are never lonely when you are alone."
